01 — MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Contract + deposit
First things first. We’ll lock in your project with a signed contract and initial deposit. Once those are sorted, your project is officially in the Sundae calendar and your client space is ready to go. -
02 — GET INTO YOUR WORLD
Questionnaire + discovery
Before we design anything, we dig in. You’ll complete a project questionnaire covering your brand, audience, goals, references and everything we need to understand where we’re going and why. -
03 — THE GOOD PART
Strategy + design
This is where ideas become something real. Depending on your project, we move through strategy, creative direction and design in considered stages, with presentations and dedicated feedback rounds along the way. -
04 — WRAP IT UP
Final files + offboarding
Once everything is approved, we package up your final assets and hand over everything you need to put your new brand, packaging or website to work. Clean files, clear guidance, no digging through 47 email threads.
